Cross-fit adapters — read the warnings first
Adapters let one platform's battery run another platform's tools. They are unsupported by the manufacturers, can void warranties, and carry real safety risk. We have not tested them. A genuine same-platform battery is always the safer default.
Cross-compatibility notes
M18 batteries do not fit M12 tools and vice versa. Milwaukee makes no official adapter to other brands; third-party cross-brand adapters exist but are unsupported and carry real safety risk.
